Michelle creates a sacred space. A consultation commences initially. Crystals are placed on each of the chakras. Soft gentle music is playing in the background. Michelle takes you on a guided visualization to assist in the process. Or alternatively if you wish to just be, you will be supported in this process. Other healing energy work may be required such as Reiki and Energy clearing as intuitively guided.
Michelle intuitively selects crystals for you. Michelle asks you also to choose approximately 10 crystals. Then Michelle intuitively lays them all on your body as they support you in the process.

Michelle will share any messages that she may have received for you. After the healing, the energies will continue to integrate. This process can last for a few days.
